Exchanges and / or Returns

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A JILSAHARA.COM PURCHASE

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 72 hours.

Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange one model for a different one; only the size of the same item may be exchanged. Please note that high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item is not available for exchange, we will provide a refund for the item(s) returned.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE
Returns by Mail

We recommend you to track and insured your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please fill out the return note and include it with your shipment to:

If you have paid your online purchase in a physical store and you return the item by mail, we will need you to provide us with the bank account number in which to make the refund Please include the purchase receipt or a photocopy of the same in the package.

Returns to Store

Items from Jil & Sahara may be exchanged or returned to stores where the collection is sold (Indonesia locations only) in accordance with this policy. All returns must be accompanied by the original return note. Check our store locator for more information.

Price Adjustments

Customers have the right to request a one-time price adjustment in form of a store credit of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price within 14 business days from the date of purchase. This policy is only valid for the first mark down. Please note that promotional sale prices are not permanent price changes and are excluded from this guarantee
